Finding Alignment in Mind, Body, and Soul

Your body is complex. It contains many energetic components that affect you on a daily basis. Your body holds on to patterns you’ve built up from childhood, often manifesting into physical tension, disease, or resistance.


Getting in tune with your body, mind, and soul will allow you to find conscious clarity and energetic alignment so that you can operate at your highest state of being.

In the subtle body energy system of the body, there are 7 energy center locations (chakras) that manifest certain qualities when they are overactive or under active. This is why when you feel stressed out or nervous about an upcoming job interview that you may feel digestive issues or weight gain in your gut. Or when you feel your hips open in a yoga class and you start to cry for no reason. When you have big public speaking event and you get a sore throat or dry mouth. When these 7 energy locations (chakras) are spinning and functioning in a balanced way, the mind and body also act accordingly. Your mind and body are related.

Here are some intentions to set while exploring energetic alignment in mind, body, and spirit.

  1. Get grounded

    1. Set a foundation for security. Feel your feet on the earth. Notice what allows you to get grounded in your mind and body and makes you feel safe. Lay down roots. Get in connection with nature.

  2. Let the Creativity Flow

    1. Explore ways to incorporate creativity into your life whether that is at work, home, or a hobby. Connect with your emotional state of being to promote a sense of mindfulness. You do not have to be an artist to create. You' can do this in the most subtle of ways. Where do your gifts and talents show up in your life to create something powerful and new?

  3. Know YOUR confidence

    1. Find your inner strengths and where they show up in your life. Having a strong sense of yourself will pull you in the right direction when things get chaotic.

  4. Love

    1. Explore rituals that promote self-love and self-care. The more you learn to love yourself, the more love you have to give to all areas in your life. This allows you to operate from a sense of love instead of fear.

  5. Find your authentic truth

    1. Let your voice be heard. Speaking your authentic truth allows you to connect with your unique Self. There is power behind your truth and the world needs to hear what you have to say.

  6. Understand your Intuition

    1. Intuition is like a muscle. It needs to be worked in order for it to be effective. Intuition guides your decision making and choices. It allows you to operate from your soul work and gut instincts instead of just from your head. When you are clear and in tune with your inner compass, you will be guided to conscious clarity.

  7. Connect with conscious clarity

    1. When you find alignment in all these energetic areas of your mind and body, you start to vibrate at a higher frequency. You become a magnet and attract the things that you ask for. Your conscious clarity gives you meaning, purpose, and freedom.Your relationships will start to flourish. You will embrace your gifts and talents more effectively. You will connect with your deepest divine intentions to serve yourself and the world around you.
